Why we built TransferGecko

Moving home should feel straightforward, but utility setup is often one of the most fragmented and frustrating parts of the process. Too many forms, too much chasing, and too many avoidable delays.

TransferGecko was created in 2017 to make that process simpler. We wanted to give property professionals a practical way to reduce move-in admin, while also giving tenants an easier way to get set up with essential services.
